What a day!! Two of my listings, one in Puako and one in Hawi, closed on the very same day. I’m so happy for my sellers and grateful to have been part of these sales. Selling a home is a big decision. A lot happens between putting it on the market and getting that call that it has recorded. Being able to share that news twice in one day made this one especially sweet!

I'm happy to say the exquisite Holualoa hideaway has sold in just 96 days on the market. Congratulations to my great sellers on a great result and a successful closing!
