What a day!! Two of my listings, one in Puako and one in Hawi, closed on the very same day. I’m so happy for my sellers and grateful to have been part of these sales. Selling a home is a big decision. A lot happens between putting it on the market and getting that call that it has recorded. Being able to share that news twice in one day made this one especially sweet!

There is something very special about arriving at a home and immediately feeling the outside world slow down. This pristine Hawi home for sale offers that rare feeling of calm, along with gorgeous ocean and Maui views across open pastureland. The setting feels expansive and private, almost as though you are surrounded by hundreds of acres, yet the property is still manageable and easy to enjoy.
